In my edit process settings if I go to the cooling tab and set an entry point and tell the fan to turn on at say line 2094 and at 100% should the fan come on @ line 2094 ?
I know this sounds obvious but my printer does not turn the fan ON. I am using a Wanhao Duplicator 4X with an active cooling fan mounted on the head gear. The system is fitted with a working MOSFET on the extra port, and I can manually turn the fan on from the LCD panel, so for all intense and purpose It should work.
I am also running Sailfish 7.6 Firmware, Simplify3D 2.1.0 and I am running the Mac version of the software.

The cooling fan will run off of layers not line in the G-Code 2094 is higher than your max build volume so it will probably never turn on at .1mm layer height.
