bad allocation exception Win 8.1
Fresh install of 2.0.1 on a new Windows 8.1 system, when importing any model I get an Exception Encountered error "The following exception was encountered. Please restart the program. bad allocation" Any ideas?

Watch your communications window, are you getting cold extrusion prevented messages? My temp oscillated low (below 170), and I had "perforated" layers I autotuned the PID controller, and got much tighter temperature control.

[ADDED] Build Time Estimate
The build time estimate flashes by quickly when the g-code is prepared, and isn't available and doesn't appear again until starting the build. Can this be added as a menu item or added to the Preview display?

I haven't touched the serialCacheSize parameter, so it should be the default. I've only experienced the issue when printing from Creator, but haven't had the problem at all since I've only been printing directly from the tool chain (i.e. NOT printing from an already processed .gcode file)

I didn't note any shift. Since I was printing a complex shape, it might not have been obvious. I also wasn't in the room. It looks like the printing paused, the extruder "drooled" a bit, then the Z-axis timed out. It may be occurring when I print previously processed g-code files, rather t...

I've also been having this problem. I'm running the latest Creator build on the latest release of Mac OS X, printing on a Makergear M2. Haven't noticed a pattern. It seems to occur randomly.
