Re: Command line slicing

I'd like to +1 this also, would love the ability to be able to pass in a stl composite and get back gcode (being able to specify the FFF profile, etc).

Re: Controller Support FFF speed

This is an Aluminatus (Reprap), so Marlin 1 F/W. HIPS has been.. interesting to say the least, it behaves much like ABS, but doesn't seem to stick like ABS does. Plus with the super quick movements that supports make, its stick chance is pretty low. Will we ever be seeing more customization options ...

Controller Support FFF speed

Hi Guys, I was wondering if there's a way to slow down the support build operations. I use a 2nd extruder to print support, and I swear but could be imagining it the printer speeds up during support builds. This is causing the HIPS on my second extruder to not stick very well, usually resulting in a...

BUG: Warmup gcode not selecting tool

Hi Guys, I just discovered tonight that there's a bug in the warm up gcode. Re: Thin walls being removed?

Thanks Dale, didn't see that thread. I had a feeling though that was going to be the case.

Thanks again!

Thin walls being removed?

Hi Guys, so far everything I've thrown at the software has come out great. I ran into one issue though that I can't seem to nail down. See http://www.thingiverse.com/download:229729 and when I slice it in the software, the supports already in the model appear to only be in the first 5-10 layers, and...

Re: Printer stalls, what steps should I take?

I've had maybe 10-20% of my prints stall or pause early on in a print and I don't know what to do. I noticed the "Force Next" button and it's worked fine the two times I've clicked it during a stall. I have a RAMPS/Taurino Power from RepRap Discount, using Marlin firmware, freshly downloaded last m...
