Just installed 4 and I get this when I try to start it.

I have tried to re install and re download 5 times each. Still get the message.

I have done all of the steps you have listed but it still stops when I try to load a file. After the last install Adobe Acrobat X Pro asked to accept its terms/conditions I have not installed Acrobat.

I have not updated anything but the program when it was released and I was just printing with it. I did not even close and reopen the program. I was just going to start a new part while it was still open. I have done this at least 100 times with no problems.

Sorry, I am talking about the start up window not the slicer preview window. But yes that is checked in the slicer window. When I first installed it, it was all working fine. It is there when I am not connected to the printer. I am printing on a Leapfrog Creatr dual.

Hi ,
After installing the new ver. of software the preview of the bed disappears right after it starts up. I can still load a model but I can not see it. If I go to prep for print the slice window opens and I can see the model them in it's sliced form.

I just downloaded the program and wanted to go through the quick start PDF but it will not open. Is there some were to download this pdf so I can get started?
