I consider S3D abandonware at this point. I tell everyone to avoid it now. I'm pretty sure V5 was never in the works, they made vague statements to hype up the software for one last surge of purchases before they ultimately just drop it. To be honest I'm surprised their webpage and servers still run.

Agreed is been a tough year, but programming is something that can be done from home, S3D can't blame covid on this issue, plus this is par for the course on how they've operated many years before 2020

Sadly with all the bugs I'm seeing around the forums, and experiencing myself, I think Version 4.0 Is a version to avoid and to keep using v 3.1.1 until the next release (which, sadly, will probably be another year or two from now considering their previous history with extremely slow updates.)
