Re: Single outline prints

Sounds similar to the problem/bug I have here
For now if you don't need any spars in your wing, try selection "Merge all outlines into a single model" under the "Advanced tab"
then set your nozzle back to .6 and use 0% infill with 1 perimeter and however many bottom layers you need.

Re: Bug: Shell Convergence = ugly bulges

I see this a lot too. I think this "ugly bulge bug" is also related to the "thin wall bug" posted here: http://www.forum.simplify3d.com/viewtop ... =714#p2513

Re: Start of print not extruding for several cm

Check that you have "G92 E0" to zero the extruded length in your start gcode after the last "E" command.

I'm also seeing this bug. I have to first check the empty box, then uncheck it to get verbose turned off.

Re: Homing problems with Replicator 2 and Simplify3D

Not sure if these are correct, I checked the logs I made when reviewing the tabs and it's the same both installs. The image included is the general Options / Machine tab. Under the "G-Code" tab of your FFF Settings, do you by chance have "Update Machine Definition using settings below" selected cau...

Re: Printing via USB stops when moving user screen

andre wrote:Ok.. While it is printing through USB, goto File->Open Factory FFF, and let the screen sit there. My print will pause until I close that screen.
This happens to me on Windows 7. It will also pause while the "Save G-Code Output" window is open after clicking "Prepare".

Re: Infill Pattern Issue

Try slicing this .stl multiple times and see if it's not different every time.
