By the way, I had this same problem. I'm coming from 4.1.2 to 5.1. The slice preview in version 4.1.2 looked flawless but the preview in version 5.1 was missing lots of layer lines. Simply turning off "Use relative extrusion distances" in the Output tab did the trick...so thanks for that. ...

I'm a little confused. My nozzle dia is set to .4 now. Do I go down to .35 or up to .45 for a smoother top finish? Also, I'm not sure when to flip on the second process. Say if I'm printing a 20mm cube, do I set that second process to start at .97mm (if I'm set to .20mm layer height)?
