Although given the competition which now exists I can understand the reluctance of releasing S3D v5, it is a pity they don't change tack and offer an S3D library instead. That way developers could design and implement their own GUI.

I'm thinking of buying a Flashforge Creator 3. Could anyone confirm whether this printer can be connected to S3D via USB? I know my Flashforge Adventurer 3 doeesn't support USB and can't be used via WiFi.

Version 4 of S3D provided the ability to define 3 Macro's.

Could the developers please consider adding to this number, perhaps to define up to 10 Macro's if not more.

Also, perhaps some thought might be given to being able to nest scripts.

I know that I can script nozzle positions using [current_X_position], [current_Y_position] and [current_Z_position], but is there a way of scripting those values to set a new position? For example, if [current_X_position] returned 50 and I wanted to change the position to [current_X_position] + 75, ...

This problem is resolved. Caused by questionable firmware which for unknown reason stopped feeding filament after a set period. Replaced the firmware and the problem went away.
