Festus440: I even changed the stl to a solid and saved it then, but with no better results. The box type Thing was competely made by myself in Inventor...
Jetguy: wouldn´t we solve the Problem by adding a ferrit core on the wire from the endstop to the RAMPS-Mainboard?

Hi Festus440, yes I turned the repair Option on. And I checked the stl in Autodesk Inventor and the stl is fine! The holes in your Picture Show the gaps are in the supports which are done by simplify3d and are not part of the stl. At the Moment I have much simpler stl´s (A rectangular box with some ...

BTW at Leapfrog forum I was told to switch to an older build of simplify, which solved his similar problems?!

Andre: if I print these rips one by one everything is fine..
Attached an aircraft body a little smaller in size, the issue is harder to see (nothing rectangular) but by comparing right and left part it is clearly visible.

Sorry, no photos of the cura prints. Sound was normal, printed the simplify gcode twice, the second time with 75% speed override. Have this problem at even more stl's, and as I said always when there are more objects to print or with more complex parts. As an Example an picture of an segmented U-boa...

Hi,
it was printed in PLA at 210°C. Attached a picture, the parts were oriented differently in this case, but with the same result. Checked them in gcode.ws with no strange results...
