Yah, uninstalled, reinstalled ditto etc., AND decided to go with the 32 bit ver as a temp fix until I get an answer from Simplify3D tech support. The support hasn't happened yet. :( Will try the direct X and opengl drivers when I get a chance, but for now the 32 bit did work for a while... and then ...

Help... 
That is the error code I get right after a clean install and double clicking on the icon to start. I would really like to get Simplify3D working so I can use it to print on my new MakerGear M2.
