1. I coulnd't flip my object in the object properties window, as in mirroring the object by putting a (-) in front of a scale axis value. I agree on this. I come from a repetier host background. Allthough Simpify3d is a great software, I miss a lot of features which repetier host excel in, such as the custom grid.
