Thanks, for the reply, JoeJ.
The problem seems to be only with SImplify3D. Using Repetier, I can't cause it to crash. Homing each axis works fine, just not the manual control. It makes sense what you are saying, but why would one program work and one not?

Hi all! Has anyone seen an issue where the jog control has no regard for the limit switches for any axis? Example: I home the Z-axis. I then jog the Z-axis +7.
