I'm using 2.2.1 version of Simplify 3D. :roll: I can send with private message the .factory file. I can not public this file/model. Who want to try, just ask me the file. Hi all! I enjoyed really much the new "thin wall behavior" feature, but i've experienced over extruded fill. I've tried 0% perimeter overlap, 10% and 40% with the same results. I attach a pict. uncheck the "allow zeroing of extrusion distances" checkbox in the G-Code panel
