My pursuit of a perfect Marvin is having some set backs. He's printing with slices missing... I thought perhaps it was a filament problem until I saw the slicing preview.
Do you need active cooling for XT-Copolyester? It appears Lulzbot actually has the fans turned on in CURA for their ABS profiles. This might sound strange but turning on the fan pretty much fixed my mini's gap problems with ABS (also fixed raft separation).

I'm having the same issue. The "Wait for temperature controller to stabilize before beginning build" is checked for both the extruder and the bed. This is on a lulzbot mini.
Do the support separations settings effect raft separation? It's true that the bed should always be perfectly level etc... however I have to say that having a raft that easily separates would be convenient. It appears that if you elevate the object (change it's abosolute z value) so that it's above ...
