Here are my scripts for firmware retract and accel changes for travels and infill. To make this work you need to set your retract to be 1mm and retract feedrate to be 100. Can you post your script to modify the gcode? Got the same problem with a Rostock Max v2. I found the same workaround works but i can't change all the retractions by hand so i had to make a little gcode translator for modifing these lines... I would like to see a check box on the print settings tha...

I like to do 60 micron layer height prints. I'd much rather not have to make a process for each print I do to split it up for first layer height. at 60 micron my filament is so thin that it tears off of the glass very easily, and I like the glass smoothness, so I don't really want to add glue/hairsp...
