Re: Inner most perimeter not connected to outer perimeters

Hi Ive seen the same issue a few time, it can be related to many things - this is how I fixed it: The issue is due to under extrusion (in most cases). Things it might be: Extrusion multiplier not high enough (try this as a last resort). Print speed too high for the temperature your printing at (not ...

Single Variable Extrusion Not Working!

The problem I am seeing - Variable Extrusion width printing out as a non-variable extrusion, see below. I think this is due to my extruder motor being geared down by 1.8, and I have accounted for this in the settings by increasing Extrusion Multiplier by 1.8 as well as retraction etc, but don't thin...

Re: print begins withour reaching temperatures

Hi,

this is no error but just a setting. all you have to do it tick a box;

Go to Temperature.

Make sure the 'wait for temperature controller to stabilize before beginning build' is ticked.

Make sure this is ticked for both print head and bed.

That's it. DONE :)

Re: 3D Honeycomb Infill

+1

This is one of my biggest issues with S3D. And that 3D honey comb looks insane, you could even use this for art pieces etc.

I would love to see loads of new and wacky infill patters... some Structural ones and some mad ones!

Re: Feature Request: Perimeter "Weld", This Would Help!

I think you can already do this! To clarify, you wont to FILL little gaps that appear on the interface of the infill top layer and the perimeter??? if so what you need to change is the 'outline overlap'. This can be found in the 'INFILL' tab, 5th option down 'outline overlap %'. Try setting this to ...

Print Speed Should Not Change When You Add More Items

Printed part speed should be determined by the individual part cross-sectional area, not the overall cross-sectional area of all printed parts. * if I print one item that is small, each layer will be printed at say 20mm/s as the cross-sectional area is small.... however if I duplicate that part 5 ti...

Re: Ineffective cooling for small layers

Hi, I was just about to request the same thing... THIS IS A SETTING IN CURA... but I dont much like cure SOOOOO PLEASE add this. The ooz control would be very critical with this feature, but it works in Cura so its possible and will work. I print many small parts and have to sometime print as many a...

Re: Request: First Layer Height setting in millimeters

This would be very useful, however it would need to change automatically with the layer height. if you get you layer height at 0.1mm then it should change to 0.1mm (if you want you can then change this). Otherwise people may forget that their layer height of 0.1mm will not even begin to touch the pr...

Adjust print size (X.Y) for inside perimeters.

Hi, I am having problems with the side of holes being printed under size. You can now adjust the model size in the X and Y plain. However I would love it to only work on the outer perimeters. You could then have a different size adjustment for inner perimeters like holes. E.g. you could make the mod...

Re: CubePro Quality for small parts

Hi, Your want to do 3 things, - slow down the print at that section. Like comment above. - increase fan speed for that section. Like comment above. - and reduce the temperature. This can be done by adding a process. Set the first process to stop at 10mm. Then go into the second process and make it s...
