Re: Simplify3D dies as soon as I import a model (Mac)

FWIW, I've been running s3d on my late 2013 MacBook Pro for almost a year now and have no issues. I would try shooting an email over to support@simplify3d.com and seeing if they can help you out.

Re: Malyan M180 and S3D

are you using a custom gpx.ini with your m180? have you tried the gpx offset commands -x and -y and/or the g-code offsets found in the g-code tab?

Re: Bug report: Gcode M666

s3d will send communication packets as typed out, case sensitive. So if you send in a lower cased 'x', it will send a lower cased x in. It's not an s3d fault that lower case is not, it's the firmware. If you look through some of the source code for different firmwares, you'll see something like if c...

What that command does is tells your printer the offset of the second extruder in relation to the first one. Th...

Re: Top layer being filled in at normal layer heights

s3d built in manifold checker shows non manifold edges all along the inside of the model, which I'm guessing is the reason why you're seeing what you're seeing

Re: Loading Projects Bug

Do you have any test files we could try out? Also, which CAD package are you using? I import models I create with OpenSCAD all the time and have no scaling issues
