Good catch! I thought that everything was identical between the 2 profiles, but Merge all outlines was checked in the non-support profile and unchecked in the support profile. Everything seems to be slicing correctly now. Thanks!

Slicing issue with supports disabled
I'm seeing an interesting behavior when I slice some models. Some features are not being sliced properly when supports are disabled, but they are sliced properly with supports enabled.
