Hi,

quick question, is Simplify3D dead or out of business.. its been almost 11 months since the last update (or am i wrong) ?

Just curious.. the products is currently working great but would love to see the product evolve :D

In my case, rebooted after the update, opened Simplify3D andlocked the screen, when i came back, simplify was black again... so the windows update did not correct the issue

I have the same problem.. I never close my PC.. so, when i'm not there, it goes in sleep mode (not hibernate) if I do a "Windows key" + L (lock screen). When I come back, everything is main window in simplify is black (work & preview). I hade windows 8.1 before and that was not a probl...

A computer power supply (ATX) has a +5V STB (stand by) supply. You use that line to power the board.
Then, you use the green wire (PS_ON) to turn on or off (M80 / M81) the printer.

Mind that the controller board is always powered on. only the +12V is turn off (steppers, hotend, heatbed, etc)

I think that he means angle snapping.. that is something that would be good to see in the software.. its easy to turn the object on the build platform but you never know if its truly at the right angle.. maybe implement a snap every 5 / 10 or 15 degrees ? That would make turning object so simple and...
