I have tried negative and non negative value but its just not un retracting

Now I have tried with Extrusion distance set to 1 and Extra restart distance set to 10 but it only perform the 1mm of retraction

If you guys are adamant that this is a bug, rather than sitting there, thumping the desk and shouting "Its a bug!"....metaphorically, of course ;) .....why don't you bundle up a factory file and the resultant gcode file for a model that is exhibiting this issue and email it to S3D support...

Same things here, my machine is freezing after long prints onlly when I use Simplify 3D, the gcode has a lot of NUL in the last line. WTF ?!?
Does the last version solve this ?

Hi,
im having the same problem only on the first layer when the second filament is behind the Y junction.
S3D thinks is in the nozzle already and start to use the second extruder without feeding 60mm of filament into the nozzle, why?
how did you solved ?
