So we have a TAZ4 at work with dual heads to supplement our Stratasys machine. I can't for the life of me get the dual heads to work properly. I've tried many different setting tweaks. The problem comes with getting build material and support material to start immediately when switching heads/tools....

Make sure you have the correct tool assigned under the "extruder" tab. One will be T0, (your primary) and the other T1 (your secondary).

I'm having the same issue. If I use one extruder for everything, the actual part, skirt, and raft, then it's fine. If I try to use my second extruder for the raft--which is what I want to do--then I end up with a gap between the raft and the part that is linked to the number of layers I set the raft...

I'm running a Taz4 with dual extruders. When it changes tools, there is a gap in the extrusion afterwards, enough so that my supports are are failing.
