If you have a heated be turn it on at a low temp. It should start then. That works for me every time.
Edit: Just saw you have a heated bed. Dual extruders?

Jog mode directions wrong on left extruder
I have a Powerspec 3d pro and when I try to jog the machine while set to the left extruder via simplify 3d it jogs on the wrong axis. When set to use the right side it works fine. I had this problem with a powerspec 3d pro heated bed.
The fix for me is to turn the heated bed on. It prints immediately after doing so.
You can turn it right off if its not needed.
