I would like to know that as well. Bought a Mingda a few months ago and Simplify3d and I havent been able to print anything decent with it :(

I did read the sticky and I did send them an email. That is not my point at all. It's not just about 'my' problem. It is problems many people are having. Many of the same problems. We are the customers. Companies don't get to demand how customers will interact with them; not if they want to survive...

same thing here, I've tried all sort of combos in the Ooze control and nothing , those blobs are always there. I cant believe that the same cylinder (with same retraction settings -distance and speed) prints just fine when sliced with CURA. I like simplify 3d and and the overall quality of the print...

great!! thanks for those info!
the first print didnt have any cod to move the extruder or the platform so at the end there was a nice blob of plastic left on the print :)

thanks for the reply. Thats what I figured. Lots of issues, starting with ABS not sticking to the bed, and hard to find good settings!! arrgh so many variables ...

is there a code that need to be added to the gcode in order to lower the platform at the end of a print and bring the extruder back to it's start position ?
