Hi In my case it didn't work, although it had the easy option. :) It was two client computer, so I had to do something to get it to work again. The fantastic Support Team from simplify3d suggested to try CCleaner or other software, if "Reset All Settings" didn't work, and i will try that n...

I think I knew how to solve the problem. I think the problem is within Windows registry. I would imagine it is some leftovers from a previous installed Version of simplify3D. I don't know if works for everyone but it works for me Before I installed the new version, I uninstall the old one I'm going ...
