[BUG] Crash on multiple process/multiple model sequential

I was trying to set up a few small files, each with their own separate processes (2 processes per model) and sequential printing. When slicing, S3D crashes. It does not crash when doing continuous printing.

Re: Help me get better quality on 0.5mm walls!

No, that was the right tool for the 1st process setting 0,40 mm nozzel ExtrusionWEidth to "Auto" = 120% from nozzle = 0,48 mm and for the 2nd process setting 0,40 mm nozzle ExtrusionWidth to "Manual" 0,44 mm BUT !!! You haven't determined the procecces in the tab Advanced with S...

Re: Help me get better quality on 0.5mm walls!

Ok so, a few changes. And I believe you were looking at the wrong tool, I'm using the Right extruder for the process and it should have had a 0.4mm manual set extrusion. But anyway, I've read another guys topic on this forum after I posted. I was able to get a even thinner, 0.45mm (Really I got down...

Help me get better quality on 0.5mm walls!

Hello all. I'm trying to lower my wall size from 0.6mm that I normally use and looks great, down to 0.5mm wall size. I included a photo and my factory file, which normally will have 2 processes, one is the base, and one is the thin 0.5mm wall. I'm using the same settings and as you can see by the pi...

Re: S3D Doesn't know Table Size...

To stop it from extruding filament before the print off the bed, under Scripts tab, remove this line: G1 E25 F300 ; purge nozzle that will fix that issue for you. I also have a issue with S3D being not centered with my print's when it starts to print. On S3D screen they look centered, but they end u...

Re: Give me your Infill tips

The only way to consistently do it is to slice, check, modify, slice check modify. If you do that and it starts its first layer of a specific angle right before solid infill, it will try to bridge the solid infill all in one direction and it will turn out like a mess, I considered it a while ago. W...

Re: Give me your Infill tips

Thanks for all the reply's. And don't mind that tooth mess up, it was just what I happened to be working on. I "normally" print 2 shell's on everything. And yeah using more shell's will make a part stronger, with more top/bottom layer's of course. But on this star I made, its a large flat ...

Re: Give me your Infill tips

Well I went and checked it again, and this is what had happened. Not sure what happened. I've cleaned the extruder's and such quite a bit. I'm going to do some more testing tomorrow.

Re: Give me your Infill tips

Well cranked the heat up, still the same problem. I was gonna take a pic but my phone's dead, but just see picture's above, same look. Weak broken infill. This is trying at 200%, just to try to get decent infill.
