so with all this being said and verified, is there any comment/input from the S3d team on this? Rafts are pretty important, and if i cant use them, I dont see why i want to use s3d at all for prints with rafts. I love the software otherwise.

first test with old software netted the same results. .2 separation, 85% infill and it was impossible to remove.
testing at .4mm and 220c nozzle temp

i do have access... its installed on my laptop at home... i wont be home to test it until wednesday or thursday, but ill test it then

.5 separation distance w/ fan on from layers 3-7 did nothing to help it detach.

im going to run a test right now, turning on layer fan at layer 3 (of the raft) and turning it off at layer 7, which is the start of the print.
Hopefully s3d realizes the raft is not the part and will cool it like it should, not assume the part doesnt start until 7

Im having the same issue as the poster here. I am testing this latest cube print at .35mm layer separation and its just as bonded as the last. Its abs though and only running 225 degrees. no WAY it should be doing this. And watching it lay down the 2nd layer of the print (after the raft and base lay...
