aha! I found this reply: Click "Edit Process Settings", then choose the "Select Models" button in the bottom left. If you want to print all parts, then you need to have all parts selected (one of yours is not selected) https://forum.simplify3d.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=5330&...

This is happening on multiple models. All of the models are prepared well. They are manifold, they are only one shell, all the normals are facing the same way, no overlapping triangles, or holes.
