Help with gaps

I'm trying to print the following http://www.thingiverse.com/download:488652 but no matter what i do I can't get the gap between the tube and the body to fill. Cura is able to slice this correctly but I'd really like to use S3D. I've tried using "Heal" and "Thin Walled Behavior" ...

Zits/blobs

This appears to be a systematic issue since they are always appearing in the same general location. Will coasting help here? Any other setting I should use?

Re: Support hard to remove

jimc, logical suggestion. Just what I was thinking. I have two different printers. With one, I'm not experiencing any issues with support removal. It's the other one that is baffling me. I'm Printing at 235C with ABS and yes I know that's high but I tried reducing the temp by 10C and I get layer sep...

Support hard to remove

Having issues finding the sweet spot for easily removable supports. I've got the ideal horizontal separation but when I try changing the upper/lower vertical separations to anything greater than 1 then the layer above the support is too high and does not turn out right. Any ideas how to fix this?

Help with gaps

Ok. I think #1, in the photo, is under extrusion. I tried increasing the extrusion multiplier to 1.1 but that did not help. Is that right? I'm getting gaps between outlines and layer set to 100%. See #2. How to eliminate #2?

Thanks

Re: Variable infill

Hah. Never occurred to me to use multiple processes in the same print. You're AWESOME! Worked like a charm!
Thankyou

Variable infill

Is there an option/way to print different infill % based on layer height? I need 100%, to maximize strength, infill for the first say 20 layers then down to 30%, to save on material
