Re: Tip of the Day 22 - BFB 3D Touch, CubeX, RapMan & CubePr

Hi Ya'll. I'm looking at getting Simplify3D, but before I do I want to know what profiles are currently available for the CubePro. Is it similar to the CubePro software in that there are profiles already for ABS/PLA and 0.02 - 0.3 . I have played with KisSlicer before (and I am aware that this prog...

Re: Extruder shooting off in random direction during raft pr

I've had this happen when running a larger or more complex print directly from S3D. Try exporting the .gcode and running it from an SD card or from something like Pronterface.

Re: Switching Between Printers

Is there any way to go through the configuration assistant that doesn't delete my existing print processes?

Re: Dual extruder Simplify3D

I thought I had S3D configured correctly to use with the dual extruder, but S3D seems to disregarding my 2nd extruder offset. I'm able to get everything else to work, it just puts the second extruder parts 52 mm away in the y-axis.

LulzBot TAZ 4 Dual Extruder - Offset Not Registering

My 2nd extruder is supposed to have a -52.00mm y-axis offset, just like I have it in Slic3r. However, changing the value in S3D does not seem to make a damned bit of difference when it generates g-code. I have tried offsets of -52mm, 0mm, and 52mm, but it does not change the position of the 2nd extr...

By golly, they listened! Honeycomb and full grid infill.

It's not announced yet, but go to cloud.simplify3d.com and download version 3.0. It's awesome! A bunch of new infill options now available, including full honeycomb! Proof: http://i.imgur.com/PNINh15.png
