I'd be it's an error in the model. Import it into Windows 3D Builder to check.

The model is likely bad so try repairing it.

Can also try Process Settings, Advanced, Merge all outlines into a single solid model.

They mean lateral "middle".

Maybe add a few shapes inside your part and make them solid (or high infill) with a per-model process?

You could also just use more perimeters.

Another experience: It seems to snap to certain features and I can't get it to start exactly where I want.
