Yeah I did delete everything I could find including hidden files and after reinstalling S3D I still had the problem. Thanks for the reply I'm running it on an older laptop with Windows XP still. I try deleting everything thing in regedit that had simplify3d in it but that didn't work. I also tired running ccleaner which I saw recommended for other similar issues but still no luck. Not sure where the preference fil...

I've had Simplify for 6 months now and it worked great until yesterday. Every time I tried to use the new dense support feature Simplify would crash back to the desktop as soon as I hit prepare to print. I'd restart and put dense back to 0 and it would work fine again.
