Re: Geeetech A10T multi material

I've not done this. And I wouldn't suggest it. The three or two in and one out nozzle printers work best when you keep the materials the same. PVA and PLA need to print at different temperatures, speeds, etc. You'd be better off trying to use dual materials with a printer that has separate nozzles a...

Re: Remove multiple supports at once?

It is pretty simple in another program. You hold the shift key down and as the mouse pointer goes over a support it is removed. No need to actually hold or click the mouse button. So you kind of remove supports with a "painting" type motion. it is functional for bulk removal. What software has this...

Re: Use "Raft" Like code on top and bottom layers

For simple flat surfaces which have a decent amount of infill below them this could work well. Rafts are heavily extruded and therefore would likely introduce accuracy issues with any complex edges. I can't imagine the horrors of attempting to dial in the tolerances on some tight corners with raft t...

Download the profile I have attached to this reply. This contains the version 2 profile. My original version 1 profile has the issues you mentioned which might be what you are still using.
Thanks, I'll give it a try!

Re: Flashforge Creator3

Tried the fff config however it appears (at least for me) the duplicate printing is trending to the left. So what happens is that either though it appears ok in flashprint the left hand side of the right extruder print, prints over the top of the right hand side of the left extruder print. Can you ...

Re: Flashforge Creator3

I haven't tried solubles with the IDEX system at all yet so I can't speak to how well that would work out. In my experience, mostly UM3, so long as you lower the resting temperature of the support nozzle, you can get great results.

Re: Flashforge Creator3

I am considering adding this printer as another production printer. What are your opinions on it so far? Thanks. It includes some annoying safety features that would cause me to not recommend it for a production environment printer. Most frustrating of them would be the fact that back to back print...

Re: Flashforge Creator3

...This hasn't been tested on large models. Just place a small model in the centre of the build plate and slice from their. Once you are happy with how it works, play around with different sizes and positions to see if there are any limits. Simplify3D doesn't provide support for duplication and mir...

Re: Slower speed for Dense Support - script?

I wrote this a while back. https://github.com/quotetherevan/slowDownFeatures

You'll need to update it a bit, as the comments in Simplify3D were updated to a new format in version 4.1.0

Re: Speed adjustment for small perimeters

Hi Would be useful to be able to adjust speed on small perimeters eg holes. As they end up messy at full speed. Many thanks Jeremy I wrote a python script long ago that can do this for you after you've created your G-code in Simplify3D. https://forum.simplify3d.com/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=654&start=60...
