Yeah, we know it doesn't do this. It would be much better functionality if you could exclude the hidden objects from arranging and (even better) from the print preparation.

Option to not include hidden models in print preparation
Is there a reason that models that are unchecked/hidden are still included in the print preparation? I like to add all of the parts for a project into one factory file, and just turn off the ones I don't want to print. It seems like a fairly logical workflow to me. Could we get a preferences option ...
