Center and Arrange not centering

Hello! Seems when I hit "Center and Arrange", it puts the items at the front of the build plate and so far forward that a skirt would print off of the build plate. It USED to center in the build plate but I don't know why it suddenly decided to do this. I am guessing somehow I changed a setting, but...

Re: Printed sizes not as expected

Ah, good note, thanks! I have it on auto and it seems (if the display is accurate) to set it to .48mm.

Re: Wanhao Direct Print

Thank you for the advice all, I will give it a shot! As far as the profile though, I am using the FlashForge Creator Pro per recommendation from S3D support. The others have the wrong bed size, they are short in X and Y by 5mm and I needed that 5mm for the print I am doing. I am indeed using the rig...

Re: Wanhao Direct Print

UGH! It worked once.. only after freshly starting the printer. Now, it won't work at all. Gets the temp to range, but then never moves forward from there.

Re: Wanhao Direct Print

Correction, it is working now. I had shut off the heated bed in firmware. Turning it on wasn't enough, I had to power cycle the printer. It was trying to heat a bed that it thought it had, even though it didn't have one. Enabled it, power cycled the printer, and away it goes... Wheee!

Re: Wanhao Direct Print

No go... it says it is preheating the bed (which, it shouldn't be since the bed temp is set to 0). The temp on the LCD shows none of them increasing. It is communicating with the printer though, because it is giving me live temp feedback and everything.. just doesn't do anything other than sit there...

Re: Printed sizes not as expected

Well, stupid me.. seems I was changing the factor on the extruder I am NOT using for the testing... go figure. So setting the width to auto is what did the trick, or got me closer. So let me try the multiplier now... lol

Re: Printed sizes not as expected

JFettig, I gave it a shot, printing your design as well as mine. Measured both and it seems I am within .05mm (usually small, but not always). I am going to try adjusting the multiplier a bit more and see what I get.

Re: Wanhao Direct Print

Hmm... ok, I will give it another shot and see what I get as I do my testing. Thanks!

Re: Painters tape peeling off bed during print

LOL I saw a trick on YouTube too... it worked, actually, until I printed with a heated bed for the first time. Or, maybe I didn't rub the tape down hard enough. Oh well, the BuildTak will be here tomorrow I hope.
