Hi, looking forward to any any news about v5 too. Have used Simplity3D since v3 and it has saved me a lot of time and avoided wasting a lot of filament like was happening with other slicers. Am ready to buy the upgrade

Not sure exactly what is causing the issue but can offer some ideas: are you using the Tools > Dual extrusion wizard? Is makerware the makerbot software?
