I've finally found a solution for printing the foil with single outline and spars: - Save the hull of the wing (without spars and bottom) as one STL file - Save the bottom and spars as a seperate STL file - Import both STLs in Simplify and arrange them correctly to each other - Create one print proc...

Hi, I'm trying to print a part with a 0,6 mm wall (airfoil). My Nozzle is 0,5 mm and the extrusion width is set to 0,6 mm. To get Simplify to print this part I already increased the Wall-Thickness to 0,7 mm, otherwise I get holes in the print. The problem is now: Simplify is not doing only one turn ...
