Have done so now. FIrst link was my own from some time ago that had not gotten much response. Searched for, but did not find, the second thread. Seems like such a good feature to add for a trivial amount of effort.

Is there a way to have S3D command a negative Z movement for users that have hacked their printer to add a laser cutter?

As simple as the topic name implies. Add a feature that would refresh the model files that are currently loaded. This seems like it would be an easy, almost trivial, thing to implement and it would save users time particularly if they iterate designs.

Good dialog here...any chance of getting a profile? Also, did anyone do multiple passes with the build platform going up? Or the extruder going up?

I guess my memory of 2.2 was rose colored in terms of the steps ... but it still had less steps than the upgraded version.
