Re: I just bought 3d and none of my models load

Welcome to the forum.... You're not very clear about what you're doing.....there is no "Load" function in the software. I assume you're Importing a shape into the workspace using either the "Import" button below the model list window...or using the Import Models item on the File dropdown menu. If so...

Re: Single Extrusion voids/bug

There's nothing "Causing" what you are describing......because there's absolutely NOTHING wrong! A 0.4mm wide extrusion will not mysteriously expand to fill a gap that is 0.6mm wide! There will be a gap. Reduce your number of perimeters down to 2 and increase the (Infill) Outline Overlap to say 80%....

Re: Vase mode issue

Vase mode is to allow a one-layer spiral "vase" to be created from a SOLID object......not an object that looks like a vase already! A workaround that may get you what you want is to check the "Merge all outlines into a single solid object" and see if the resultant solid object gives the desired out...

Re: Manually remove supports FASTER

If you don't want all the auto generated supports....but want some of them, there are two ways...both using the Manual Support window.... Hit the Auto-generate button and remove what you don't want...….or simply add the supports you want. A couple of things to remember when adding manual supports......

Re: How To Avoid Extruder Travel over Internal Area Of Print

The Avoid Crossing Outline feature is not appropriate for the model as per your screenshot. The "outline" is being crossed on every move! Avoid Crossing Outline is useful for objects that for example are horseshoe shaped....where a path from one point of the horseshoe to the other end of the horsesh...

Re: Simplify3D - Amazing with FlashForge Creator Pro!

You're quite right! Far too many folk think that spending money on S3D will make producing 3D printed parts easier.....pay the bucks for someone else to do the hard work for you!!… only to find out they can't get 150% perfect parts immediately, and have to put some hard work into setting things up. ...

Isn't Retraction vertical Lift designed to avoid the nozzle scraping across the surface of the extruded part??

Re: 4.1 Sequential Broken or Not?

Okay....the differences:

Your factory has ONE process set up to print 16 parts.

My factory has SIXTEEN processes, each set up to print just one part.

Not that difficult to spot!

Re: Brim on the raft

Its not really possible to provide realistic advice without being able to see what your current settings are. Can you please attach a Factory file of a part you are having problems with. File menu====> Save Factory File.

Re: 4.1 Sequential Broken or Not?

I was right.....a basic setup error.

Take a look at the fixed version of the factory file. The differences are obvious....so I hope I don't need to explain them.
