Need some quick help

I have been using Simplify 3D for over 5 years with no problems. I am using a MendelMax 1.5 printer. Just recently, it will no longer print the full width of the print bed. Y and Z axis are fine, but the X axis is not. It stops about 25 mm short of going all of the way across the bed. I have reset t...

Saving after adding support

I have taken a file and added quite a bit of support to get it to print correctly. How can I save the file so that I can use it again without having to redo the support. Or, is this not possible?

Re: TIme estimate

I did do the research in the forum. I failed to see any of the posts that actually offered a solution to the problem. When I use Repetier to do my slicing, it is quite close to the actual time it takes to do a print. So, I did a post to see what might be done for this. Just looking for an answer to ...

TIme estimate

Has anyone else had problems with the time to print estimator? I just did a .1mm print with 75% fast honeycomb infill. The estimated time was 1 hour and 44 minutes, it actually took 3 hours and 15 minutes. That is a lot more than the estimate. I had to quit the print as I had to leave the house on a...

Re: Product codes

I already know that. I have been waiting for over 3 hours to get my product code. This should not happen. That is why a request like this should be addressed. I now can not use my printer, this could be easily solved by having a spot on the website to get the codes for paid software. That is why I h...

[ADDED] Retrieving product codes

A feature I would like to see, and I believe is essential to the smooth, continued operation of the software is to have an immediate way to recover lost product codes. Most sites have a 'my account' option which would provide the software purchased, the amount of the software and the product key ass...
