Joe, ill bump it up to 150% and do some test prints and increase it if need be. Should i also increase the width %?

Sorry for the delay.. Joe, if i close the app with a model it will reopen the model. What i did find out in the mean time was this. I made 3 new process, for different layer heights, and i exported them out to .fff files. now when i close and reopen the app the 3 process all have the correct setting...

First layer issues.
I am coming over from Repetier-Host and slic3r. My first layer prints with them were glass smooth on my heated bed with kapton tape. but not with Simplify3D they are no were near the same. what i have noticed is that the perimeter layers dont seem to be getting pushed together and then the first fil...

Processes temps resetting.
Every time i open the software my extruder temp is reset to 200 and my bed temp is 0.
any one know why this is happening?
