If the M218 command isn't working, then you must have something wrong in the firmware. That's supported out of the box with Marlin. So it sounds like you've got something wrong there, and of course, the toolhead offsets are specified in the firmware so their default value is obviously wrong too Hey...

Hey there, I am using the RepRap Mendel with Arduino Mega.
Firmware is the marlin.
Is there a way to solve this without reflashing the hardware?
I also attached the factory file.

Hey, just an update.
- Issue is now resolved.
- For those who are having the same issue: Error is unknown. After tweaking with settings, it just started working. Not sure exactly what the issue was.

Did you setup the profile on your own? Is it properly configured to turn on and heat up both extruders?
