I'm getting the exact same behavior out of my FF Pro and Simplify3D.
My main concern is the top solid layer parameter and how the printer seems to just ignore it. I have printed multiple models and they all seem to have the appropriate amount of bottom layers but only 1 (not 4) top layers.
