I think support infill dictates the degree of the support material itself, right?

I'm looking to change the angle of the bottom layer that's sitting on top of the supports to 45 degrees (like all the rest of the bottom layers).

Here's the picture again with comments to hopefully better explain.

Bottom layer on support - 0 angle?

The screenshot attached is from the bottom, looking up through the floor of a print preview. As you can see, Simplify3d is laying down my bottom layers that touch the bed at a 45 degree angle (which works well). Hi - My new FFCP doesn't work well with the stock S3D profile. I think FF made some changes recently. First, the nozzle purge happens on the table.
