Re: Where can I download the older versions?

Simplify3D installers are only permitted to be downloaded directly from the Simplify3D website. We only currently provide the latest installers for download, but I will be happy to suggest to the team to investigate offering prior installers in the future. As was mentioned above, you can still find ...

Re: Where can I download the older (functioning...) version?

When you install a new version of Simplify3D, the old version will still remain on your computer. For example, if you were using Version 4.0.1 previously and you now install Version 4.1.1, you would be able to find both versions at the directories below, since the prior version is not modified by in...

Re: Build Table Not Showing

For many versions now, you can toggle showing the build table in the Preview Mode (just click the "Build table" checkbox in the "Show in Preview" section).

Perhaps this option is currently unchecked for you?

Re: Brim and Skirts Woefully Under Extruded

You can also try increasing the first layer width. That will help provide extra extrusion on the first layer. As others said, it would also be good to set the first layer height to 100% (especially if you had it at a lower value), then use the G-Code Z-axis offset if you need to adjust the position ...

Re: 4.1 No gcode created. Total print time 0

We still haven't been able to reproduce this issue on our end. As others said, the files posted in this thread seem to be slicing just fine. We would be happy to continue investigating, but we need to gather more information from the individuals that are having this problem. If you are experiencing ...

Re: 4.1.1 Smart Bridging issue, can you disable?

That actually looks like the better direction to use for bridging! It will create a stronger structure by spanning across the 2 pillars. I would probably be more inclined to just adjust the support infill direction. If you changed that from 0 degrees to 90 degrees, then it would solve the issue. But...

Re: S3D Development Update...?

If it helps, I can provide another quick update. As you probably know, the V4.1 release was planned to be released at the beginning of this month. We were mostly on track to make that happen, but there were some issues identified during testing that needed to be resolved. This set the schedule back ...

Re: S3D Development Update - Aug 2018

Things are getting very close for Version 4.1, so I can understand that there is a great deal of excitement for this release. It has been a long time in development, but it will also include a VERY long list of changes. Our whole team is working as hard as possible to complete the last remaining ite...
