Re: Hiding/showing models based on process

In your example, if you select process 1 then only 1 of the models is shown in the 3D view. If you then click Prepare to Print you would suddenly see 2 models being printed for those processes. I think that is the source of the confusion. Completely hiding a model from the 3D view is different than ...

Re: Hiding/showing models based on process

So if you have 2 processes where process 1 is assigned to model A, and process 2 is assigned to model B, you're saying that when you click on process 1 you want to completely hide model B from the 3D view, not just deselect it like V5 currently does? I think that would be a little risky, since click...

Re: Raft printing problem

Have you already tried re-leveling the bed? Low filament flow can also sometimes indicate a jam in the nozzle or something else preventing the filament feed.

Re: Crash on open due to corrupted saved state

Hmm... I've never seen this happen on my computer. Can you attach one of the "corrupted" files that wouldn't open? Are you sure it isn't some kind of permissions issue instead?

Re: Bambu Labs X1Carbon

The X1C is only supported in our V5 release. There were many software changes in that release specifically to work better with high speed printers like Bambu or other Klipper based printers. We don't have the same features available in V4. If you need any help configuring the X1C with V5, feel free ...

Re: Hiding/showing models based on process

I think this feature may already be implemented. In V5, when you click on a process that only applies to a few of the models, it will automatically change the selection to only include the models that are assigned to that process. I use this all the time to quickly click through my processes and see...

Re: Recreate S3D "Resume" in Macro

If you are printing through the Simplify3D Machine Control Panel, when the M0 comes up in the gcode S3D will automatically pause sending future commands. Once you want to resume, you just click the Resume button in the top left of the Machine Control Panel and it will start sending more lines of the...

Re: [SOLVED] adaptive mesh leveling (bed mesh on print area only)

Yes, that's the intentional behavior. If you don't include the additions then things like the prime pillar or ooze shield might fail to stick to the bed. That can easily ruin the printer, so we include it in the overall build dimensions.
