Re: non responding

You could try deleting all of the saved settings and files used by the software by following the instructions here: https://www.simplify3d.com/resources/faq/#quest-6350 Feel free to copy/backup those files first if there are important profiles you need to save. If it doesn't open even after making t...

Re: Overhang/shell/chamber Controls

I believe you can already add a temperature controller for a heated chamber in the Temperature tab of your process settings. We have many printers that already utilize that feature with S3D. If you need help setting it up, feel free to email our team directly at the link below and they can assist yo...

Re: Remaining print time on Flashforge Creator 3 is incorrect

The estimate in the machine control panel uses the actual progress of the machine for the estimate. Re: Angled Vertical Lift After Retraction

I agree that sometimes lifting up immediately after the extruder finishes printing can create defects, but in a lot of tests I've done adding a wipe before the lift seemed to fix it. Do you have any photos by chance showing these different results - 1) lift only, 2) wipe + li...

Re: Simplify3D Print Bed Calibration Issues

Many times each software program will have a separate Z offset that determines the position of all other coordinates in the gcode file. So the auto-leveling just makes sure things are level, but the Z offset in the slicer basically moves the print up or down to either squish it into the bed more, or...
