I'm not sure about the extrusion width, but I know you can get the layer height in many of the scripts using the [current_layer_height] variable.

If you look at the area between the 2 holes in the top left of the part, there's a spot where the body reduces down to zero thickness. The Neptune 4 Max runs Klipper and Simplify3D V5 already supports network connections to Klipper-based printers. You should be able to use the included S3D Connection Wizard to setup a connection to the printer.

That's the .fff file. You can export a factory file by going to File > Save Factory File As.
