Elegoo Neptune thumbnails

Has anyone managed to get thumbnail previews working with the Elegoo Neptune 4 ?
I've upgraded to S3D V5.1 with the Neptune 4 profile and set the option for klipper at 300x300 in the output tab but don't get any preview on the Neptune LCD.

Has this been tested on the Elegoo Neptune 4 ?
Tried the above settings but no preview showing.

I work for a government department in the UK, your lucky if our systems/software gets updated once a decade !
As for technical support, it's like pulling teeth at best.
