No model file to check, no factory file... so I'll have a guess based on the pictures: Missing walls etc. can be caused by broken model files/errors within the model. But looking at the perimeters I wonder if settings regarding coasting/wiping are causing this? Missing walls usually don't result in ...

Even if the connection between Retrakt and Z-Hop is not entirely clear to me, Z-hops are tied to retracts. The minTravelDistance defines _IF_ a retract will happen. So if the travel distance is above the limit you will get a retract + travel move, otherwise a travel move only. No retract, no z-hop....

In Preview Mode, I always specify COLORING by MOVEMENT SPEED and PREVIEW BY LINE. Problem is, when I close SImplify3D, these settings are lost. I have to respecify them every time I use the program. MeshMixer hasn't worked on the Mac in a year or more. According to the available information, it's not even being maintained anymore on any platform.
