If you want to capture everything, you need more than the FFF profile. You also want to export the Firmware Configuration (.frm file). Go into Tool/Firmware Configuration and select Export.

I would avoid the config wizard based upon what you are saying. The stock X5S uses Marlin firmware which works with straight G-code, not X3G. If that is wrong, it's possible a lot of other things could be wrong too. I'd go through he configuration process manually. It's not that hard.
